Felicity Jones was born in Britain and is primarily known for the actress who appeared as Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones began acting at 12 years old. She's appeared as an actor in numerous dramas, TV series, and film. Her acting career started with the Television film The Treasure Seekers. The following year she made an appearance on The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and in Weirdsisters College. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she was Young Ruth and went on to appear in a variety of films. The most notable of these was The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she made a name for herself in her work. The actress was nominated for an Oscar first-time because of her performance as the wife of Stephen Hawking as a character in The Theory of Everything. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, based on his life, was praised both by viewers and critics. Inferno is the Tom Hanks-starred thriller. In 2016 the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles announced Jones to be the British Artist of The Year because of her talents and contribution to the cinema.
