Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He has written many online pieces as well as co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
